A. Augustus LaSala

A. AUGUSTUS LASALA is an associate in the Firm’s insurance litigation group. He graduated from Boston University cum laude with a B.A. in History in 2011.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2015.  

During law school, Mr. LaSala was an associate editor on both the Moot Court Board and the Fordham Intellectual Property Media and Entertainment Law Journal and was a member of the Federal Litigation Clinic.  His note, Sensationalism Falling Through the Cracks: Why Ethical Standards for Legal Commentators Must be Broadened, 26 Fordham Intell. Prop. Media & Ent. L.J. 189 (2015), was published in December 2015.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. LaSala served as the law clerk for the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J.Ch. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Bergen County.

Mr. LaSala is currently admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.  He is a member of the New York Bar Association.
