AARON S. APPLEBAUM is a 2008 graduate, magna cum laude, of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as Chief Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. During law school, Mr. Applebaum served as Intake Director for the Pro Bono Research Group, was a member of the law school’s Scarlet Team for the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition in Boston, and graduated Order of the Coif.

Mr. Applebaum received a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster in 2004, where he served as President of the Student Government Association as well as of the College Hillel. Aaron majored in Political Science with an emphasis in International Political Economy.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Applebaum served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce I. Fox, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2008-2010). He is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Delaware, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation.
