ADAM R. SCHWARTZ is a 1989 graduate of Rutgers College and a 1992 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida, and related federal courts.

From 1992 to 1994, he served as judicial clerk to The Honorable Mary L. Cooper of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, contract, and surety law.
