Aileen E. McTiernan - Associate
AILEEN E. MCTIERNAN received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Montclair State University in 2005, and her Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. In 2009, Ms. McTiernan was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the Rutgers School of Law-Camden, where she also served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Religion.
Before joining the Firm, Ms. McTiernan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Georgia M. Curio, A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage XV, and, then, as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Ms. McTiernan worked in the biopharmaceutical industry prior to commencing her legal career. Recently, her articles on "Medico-legal examiners" and "Infant depositories" were published in the specialized volume "An Encyclopedia of Infanticide."
Ms. McTiernan is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is pending admission in the State of New York. Ms. McTiernan is an associate in the firm's Toxic Tort Litigation group.
