AMY EHNERT concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Prior to joining McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, Ms. Ehnert served as law clerk to both the Honorable Joel A. Pisano, U.S.D.J., and the Honorable Edith K. Payne, J.A.D. She received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007, and received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Felician College in 2003.

Ms. Ehnert is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
