BARRY D. KLEBAN practices in the areas of business bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial transactions with emphasis in representing businesses and their owners in out-of-court reorganizations and debtors and creditors’ committees in business bankruptcies. His commercial experience includes transactions in the construction, health care, real estate, manufacturing and transportation industries, among many others.

Mr. Kleban is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, on which he is a member of the Steering Committee. He has served on the Boards of Directors of the Miquon School and the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, and he has lectured extensively in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Kleban has been recognized by his peers as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers each year from 2004 to 2012, ranking among the top five percent of attorneys practicing in the state.
