CALVIN K. WOO focuses his practice on financial/commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in arbitrations, in the prosecution and defense of a wide range of complex commercial and civil actions, including contract disputes, business torts, unfair trade practices, breaches of fiduciary duty, civil RICO, and fraudulent conveyances.

He also defends institutional and individual clients at both the trial and appellate level in the defense of government investigations and prosecutions involving a variety of criminal matters. Calvin also serves on the Firm’s Diversity Committee. 

Prior to entering private practice, Calvin served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County, in the Arson/ Economic Crime Bureau of the Investigations Division.
