Catherine I.R. Pontoriero - Associate
CATHERINE I.R. PONTORIERO is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. In 2007, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a major in Government and minors in Italian and in Theology. While at Georgetown, Ms. Pontoriero was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. In 2010, she received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Pontoriero served as Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review, participated in the Immigrant Workers’ Rights Clinic, was co-president of the Rodino Society, and interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey. Additionally, she was the recipient of the Distinguished Scholarship, the Joseph P. Lordi Memorial Scholarship, and the Rodino Scholarship.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pontoriero served as a law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
