CHRISTOPHER M. GALUSHA concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. Representing management, Mr. Galusha has extensive experience in employment related disputes at the administrative, state, and federal court levels, as well as in arbitrations across the country before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Galusha’s experience in the financial services industry also includes securities litigation and arbitration as well as regulatory investigations. He has also lectured on employment law, securities litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Galusha formerly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Myron T. Steele and the Honorable John W. Noble in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He is currently admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations.
