CHRISTOPHER E. KUNKEL is a 1999 graduate of the University of Delaware where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, with a minor in Political Science. Mr. Kunkel received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002, where he was Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal and a member of the Center for Social Justice - Civil Litigation Clinic. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as the law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Graves, J.S.C., Sussex County, New Jersey (now Judge of the Appellate Division).

Mr. Kunkel’s practice concentrates in the areas of surety and fidelity bonding, construction litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Kunkel is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
