Craig H. Parker - Of Counsel

CRAIG H. PARKER received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 1990, his M.B.A. from Seton Hall University in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. He began his career as a law clerk for the Union County Prosecutor’s office. Mr. Parker is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American and New Jersey Bar Associations.

Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, construction, fidelity, and surety. In 2004, he co-authored “NJ Supreme Court Rules That Lienors Must Earmark Funds Received – Or Lien Rights are Lost!” New Jersey Building Contractor, Volume II – 2004, 56-60.
