DANIELLE M. GILBERTI is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2003. In 2006, Ms. Gilberti received her Juris Doctorate from Pace University where she received her certificate in International Law. While in law school, she served as Ethics Assistant for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IIA & IIB Ethics Committees.

Ms. Gilberti’s practice has been concentrated on hotel and resort development, corporate, real estate, and commercial lending. Ms. Gilberti regularly counsels corporate clients, including automobile manufacturers and their captive finance companies, in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, franchising and related business matters. She also works on sophisticated leasing, financing and conveyancing transactions.
