DAVID E. ROSENGREN handles complex litigation matters in federal and state court and in arbitration, concentrating in construction litigation, contract litigation, commercial litigation and business torts.

Mr. Rosengren is the author of Connecticut Construction Law (Thompson/West 2005) and has authored numerous articles and presented lectures on litigation practice related subjects for the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and business trade organizations. He is a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.

He is a co-founder and past chairman of the Construction Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is the past chair of the Education Committee and current Treasurer of the University of Hartford Construction Institute.
