David W. Giattino - Associate

DAVID W. GIATTINO graduated from the University of Delaware with an Honors B.S. with Distinction in Economics, magna cum laude, and an Honors B.A. in Political Science, cum laude. He later received his J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While there, he was the Managing Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and worked at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware as the Ambro Fellow.

After graduating from law school, David worked in transaction services at Citigroup and clerked for the Honorable Richard R. Cooch, Resident Judge of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. After clerking, he joined the commercial restructuring and bankruptcy department of another well-known firm in New Jersey.

Today, David still focuses in practice on commercial restructuring and bankruptcy, including by representing a variety of parties in Chapter 11 cases and related litigation; however, he also works on litigation and transactional matters unrelated to bankruptcy.
