Diana LaFemina-Rosa - Of Counsel

DIANA LAFEMINA-ROSA has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1988. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History, with a second major in English from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington, New York. As a first year law student, Ms. LaFemina-Rosa successfully competed for a position as a staff member of the Touro Law Review. By her third year she was selected for publication by the Touro Law Review. Her publication, "The Lawyer’s Role in the Independent Adoption Process: Parental Consent and the Best Interests of the Child", was published in the Law Review’s Spring, 1987 edition.

She was also selected to participate as an intern in the Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, Civil Appeals Management Program. As a law student, Ms. LaFemina-Rosa was honored with the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts and upon graduation received a Special Award for Exceptional Contributions to the Continued Development and Growth of the Law Center. After her graduation from law school, Ms. LaFemina-Rosa was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Walter J. Hudzin in the Hudson County Superior Court from 1987 to 1988 where she assisted his Honor in the Special Civil Part and Family Part. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Ms. LaFemina-Rosa’s areas of practice have focused on the defense of insurers in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, personal injury protection, uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, cancellations, renewals, producer liability and other insurance policy and contract issues in New Jersey's Superior Court and arbitration forums. She has argued on behalf of insurers before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
