DOUGLAS M. POULIN is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation matters. He has advised clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes and has been a member of the firm’s Construction Group since joining the Firm in 1999.

He represents his clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations, mediations and other dispute resolution settings.

Mr. Poulin represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving construction and design matters, surety law, business relationships, business torts, OSHA regulations, toxic torts and insurance coverage. His clients have included domestic and multinational corporations and individuals.
