EDWARD J. DEPASCALE is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was a law clerk to the Hon. Frank G. Hahn. Mr. De Pascale is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a Master of the Hudson Inn of Court and was a member of its founding executive committee. Mr. De Pascale has also been listed as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey for 2011.

He has served as a member of the District VI Ethics Committee and Chair of the District VI Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. De Pascale has practiced extensively in the Federal and State trial courts concentrating on the trial of complex litigation in the areas of products liability, professional liability, general insurance, employment discrimination and commercial construction.
