ERIC J. HUGHES is a 1995 graduate of Bucknell University and of the Rutgers School of Law, Newark where he was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1998. He was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1998.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hughes was a law clerk for The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States Magistrate Judge, Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Hughes concentrates in such areas as surety and fidelity bonding, construction litigation, and commercial litigation.
