ERIK K. SCHUESSLER is an associate with the Colorado office of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, where he practices in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance coverage and defense, and malpractice and professional liability defense.

Mr. Schuessler graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2007, with a major in Business Administration (finance emphasis) and minors in Spanish and Political Science, whereupon he was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.  Mr. Schuessler received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010, where he served as Treasurer of his class and acted as a Legal Writing/Appellate Advocacy teaching assistant.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schuessler served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tamara S. Russell in the First Judicial District of Colorado.  Mr. Schuessler is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
