FRANK HOLAHAN received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from New York Law School where he served as Editor of the Law Review. After law school, he served as law secretary to The Honorable Thomas F. Dalton of the New Jersey Superior Court and is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Courts in New Jersey, New York, and several other jurisdictions. Mr. Holahan is also admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Holahan has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly involving shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial transactions and business entity formation and dissolution. He had broad experience in probate litigation, eminent domain proceedings and land use regulations. He is an active member of the Boston, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations.
