I. MICHAEL BAYDA has extensive experience in commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels, including federal securities laws, contracts, RICO, insurance coverage, and employment law.

He is a member of the New York Bar and the Bars of the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits; and the District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.

He received a B.A. from Lehigh University and an LL.B. from Columbia Law School (Dean’s List). He is a member of the New York City and State Bar Associations.
