JAMES J. DI GIULIO received his B.A. from Loyola University in Economics, with a minor in Business, in 2003, his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2006, and his LL.M. in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics in 2011.  Mr. Di Giulio is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey. Following law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Passero (ret.), Assignment Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey. 

Mr. Di Giulio joined MDMC in September 2007.  His practice focuses on complex commercial and corporate litigation, contract disputes, business litigation, professional liability litigation, securities litigation, internal investigations and corporate compliance, emergent applications and employment matters.  Mr. Di Giulio has also advised clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
