JOHN T. SULLIVAN is admitted to practice in state courts in New Jersey and the New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.

He was a law clerk to the Hon. Elaine Davis, P.J.  He is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association Board of Trustees and the District VI Ethics Committee.

Mr. Sullivan has practiced extensively in the Federal and State trial courts concentrating in the areas of general insurance defense, employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, products liability and professional liability.
