JONATHAN D. MARTIN received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. While attending law school, Mr. Martin interned for the Honorable Freda Wolfson, U.S.D.J. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, A.J.S.C. in Somerset County, New Jersey. Mr. Martin is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. His practice areas include fidelity, surety, contract, construction, commercial litigation and insurance defense.
