Joseph G. Fuoco

JOSEPH G. FUOCO practices before the trial and appellate courts in a variety of complex litigation areas including products liability, insurance coverage, employment, professional liability, commercial, construction, premises liability, wrongful death, general negligence, contract disputes, and insurance bad faith. 

Mr. Fuoco has been a contributing author to the LexisNexis Practice Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Litigation. He has also presented seminars before insurance companies and other clients relative to his areas of practice.

Mr. Fuoco graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. He then graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where he earned a Juris Doctor.

Mr. Fuoco was admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2004. He was also admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 2005.  He was admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2016 and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 2020.

From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Fuoco served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Edward J. Ryan, J.S.C., in Middlesex County.
