Joseph M. Morris III - Of Counsel
JOSEPH M. MORRIS III graduated from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark with a J.D. in May of 2002 and received his A.B. degree in History and Political Science from Muhlenberg College in May of 1999. He joined the Firm in September of 2003. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable Peter E. Doyne, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey-Bergen County, during the 2002-2003 judicial term.
Mr. Morris has experience in the areas of commercial litigation and business disputes, labor and employment litigation, defense of public entities in civil rights, tort, discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower cases, municipal law, municipal prosecution, internal employment investigations, solid waste industry, public bidding disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, franchise law, construction and surety litigation, commercial landlord-tenant law, bankruptcy litigation, products liability, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, personal injury protection disputes, workers’ compensation, pharmaceutical investigations, and closely held business formation and counseling.
