Kevin P. Galvin - Partner

KEVIN P. GALVIN graduated from Fordham University College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Fordham University School of law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1988) and New York (1989), and is a member of both the Banking Law and Corporate Law Sections of the New Jersey Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey Bankers Association.

His practice concentrates in representing commercial banking institutions in a wide range of sophisticated financing transactions. Mr. Galvin represents lenders in commercial loan workouts, restructures, and foreclosures. He also represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of both businesses and commercial real estate; he has represented various firm clients in negotiating the sale of stock and/or assets to publicly traded companies.

He counsels clients in the formation of business entities and joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters. As part of his practice, Mr. Galvin also handles commercial leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants in preparing and negotiating office, retail and industrial leases.
