KEVIN B. WALKER is an experienced employment law litigator, having handled matters throughout the country involving such claims as breach of contract, defamation, violation of restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, and violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Mr. Walker litigates cases in federal and state court, as well as arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Walker has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of employment law, including employee discipline, harassment, and leaves of absence. He is active in reviewing and preparing employer handbooks and policy manuals.

Mr. Walker is a member of the Morris County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Employment Law Council and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Walker has lectured firm clients and business groups with regard to all facets of employment law, including but not limited to avoiding employee lawsuits, anti-discrimination, and harassment rules of engagement.
