Kristoffer Burfitt - Associate
KRISTOFFER BURFITT received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from Middlebury College in 2005. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. While at Seton Hall, Mr. Burfitt served as research assistant to Professor Jodi Anne Hudson and competed as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. He was a national semifinalist at the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2009, where he was also named seventh best oral advocate in the country and received best brief honors in the Brooklyn region.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Burfitt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane Bruskin Cantor, J.S.C., in the Middlesex County Superior Court in New Jersey. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Burfitt is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group.
