LAWRENCE S. CUTALO graduated from the University of Virginia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs. Mr. Cutalo received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2008, where he was a member of the Rutgers Environmental Law Clinic and the Student Bar Association. During law school, Mr. Cutalo served as a research assistant to Professor Howard Latin and worked as a legal intern for the State of New Jersey, Department of the Public Advocate, Division of Rate Counsel.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cutalo served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Ronald B. Graves, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Cutalo is a member of the Firm's commercial litigation group, and his practice areas include white collar crime and appellate litigation.

Mr. Cutalo is a member of the Appellate Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
