Lyndsay V. Ruotolo - Associate

LYNDSAY V. RUOTOLO is an Associate in the Firm’s commercial practice group.

Ms. Ruotolo graduated, with honors, from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama. In 2009, Ms. Ruotolo received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from New York Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Her case comment, examining the constitutionality of section 2K2.1(b)(5) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines in the wake of U.S. v. Grier, was published in the New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Ruotolo was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, a member of both the John Marshall Harlan Scholars Program and Justice Action Center, and a recipient of the 2009 Justice Action Capstone Award. During law school, Ms. Ruotolo served as a research assistant to Professor Peter C. Kostant, and as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ruotolo worked in the not-for-profit sector, doing development work for American Ballet Theatre and the Clinton Global Initiative. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Ruotolo had the honor of serving as law clerk to Judge Ellen L. Koblitz, in both her capacity as the Presiding Judge of Chancery for the Bergen Vicinage and in the Appellate Division.

Ms. Ruotolo is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey, with admissions pending in the District of New Jersey and New York state.
