MARISSA MARTINI is an Associate in the Firm’s labor and employment group.

Ms. Martini graduated from Villanova University in 2004 with a double major in Communication and Spanish. In 2009, Ms. Martini received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where she served as the Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Martini served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States District Judge, Newark, New Jersey.

Ms. Martini had the honor of serving as a law clerk to Associate Justice Roberto A. Rivera-Soto of the New Jersey Supreme Court for the 2010-2011 term. She is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the State of New York.
