MICHAEL C. DELANEY received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate from Broooklyn Law School in 1998. Mr. Delaney’s practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of commercial actions involving claims within the fields of construction, surety and contract law.

Mr. Delaney is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals, DC Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, as well as before the courts of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. He began his career in law as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
