MICHAEL J. GREENWOOD is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney, is Past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a Master in the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Inn of the American Inns of Court, and a member of the Commissioner’s Advisory Counsel on worker compensation. From 1971 to 1980, Mr. Greenwood served as a Deputy Attorney General in charge of state workers compensation cases, and also represented the second injury fund.

Mr. Greenwood concentrates his practice in representing and defending self-insureds, third party administrators and insurance carriers in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation. He litigates a wide range of claims including occupational exposure matters, coverage questions and total and permanent disability claims.
