MICHAEL J. MARONE is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Marone is the Immediate Past President of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Marone practices in a variety of complex litigation areas including insurance defense and coverage, products liability, employment practices, professional liability, commercial, construction, multi-party toxic tort, and environmental litigation. Mr. Marone has extensive experience at both the trial level and appellate courts, including experience before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has been listed as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey for 2011. In addition, Mr. Marone is recognized in 2011 Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in the area of Litigation: Insurance.
