MIMI M. TATUM is an Associate in the Colorado office of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, where she practices in the areas of general civil litigation and professional liability defense.

Ms. Tatum received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as Chair of the Honor Council and an Editor on the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. While in law school, Ms. Tatum served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Tatum served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Lael E. Montgomery at the 20th Judicial District Court in Boulder, Colorado. Ms. Tatum is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado and Wyoming, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, Wyoming Bar Association, and the Thompson G. Marsh American Inn of Court.
