MONICA TAVARES HOLLAND graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University in 2005, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Holland received her Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board and participated in the Civil & Family Litigation Clinical Program and the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Holland served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington Vicinage.

Ms. Holland is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania. Her practice concentrates primarily in the area of Litigation, including Construction and Surety matters.
