NICOLE LEONARD served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey in the Newark vicinage from 2007 to 2008. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Leonard served as a Judicial Law Clerk on a rotating basis to the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield, the Honorable Morris Stern and the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her bankruptcy court clerkship, Ms. Leonard served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark M. Russello, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County for the1996 – 1997 term.

Ms. Leonard is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the State of New York and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Her practice is primarily concentrated in the area of bankruptcy.
