Nicole DiBello - Partner

NICOLE DiBELLO graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Accounting in 1997. In 2000, Ms. DiBello received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Ms. DiBello is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and she is admitted to practice in front of the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. DiBello’s practice is concentrated in the corporate, real estate, commercial lending, franchise and general contract and transactional areas. She is experienced in representing banks and other lenders in asset based, commercial and real estate financing. Ms. DiBello represents a variety of individual and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, stock, assets and inventory and provides counseling on franchising and general business matters. Ms DiBello’s practice has a unique focus on the automotive industry and the specialized issues encountered therein.  During her career, Ms. DiBello has represented automobile dealerships, manufacturers and captive finance companies, as well as several start-up vehicle manufacturers and distributors in all corporate and transactional aspects of their businesses – from inception to operations to succession planning. In addition to her automotive clients, Ms. DiBello also regularly counsels Pharmaceutical Companies, Clinical Research Organizations (“CROs”) and other Life Science Companies on contract and risk management and general corporate matters.  She regularly drafts and negotiates Master Services Agreements, Clinical and Analytical Study Agreements, Clinical Site Agreements, Project Agreements, Intellectual Property Agreements and other related agreements and contracts.   Ms. DiBello has assisted companies in all phases of their clinical studies, including discovery, preclinical, toxicology and Phases I, II, and III.
