Peter Saad - Associate

PETER SAAD is a 2006 graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a minor in Applied Mathematics. He received a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. 

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable F. Michael Giles, J.S.C. and the Honorable Eugene J. Codey, Jr., Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Law Division for the 2009-2010 term. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Saad concentrates his practice in representing clients in a wide range of financial transactions and commercial litigation matters.  He represents lenders and servicers in commercial lending transactions, loan modifications, workouts, restructures, and complex litigation in a variety of consumer financing matters, including contested foreclosures and disputes under the CFA, RICO, TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, FDCPA, and title and lien priority disputes.

Mr. Saad also advises corporations and financial institutions on unclaimed property law compliance and represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, class action defense, telecommunications litigation, and local government law.
