PHILIP W. LAMPARELLO engages in litigation in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York.  His practice focuses on complex commercial, construction and business litigation.  This includes various aspects of the construction design and infrastructure defects, procurement issues and general contract disputes.  He also has experience in, internal investigations, corporate governance matters, emergent applications, local government law, general equity matters and commercial landlord-tenant matters.  Additionally, his diverse commercial practice fostered knowledge in the areas of trade secrets, non-compete agreements, real estate development, union related matters and labor and employment matters.

Mr. Lamparello is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Biological Basis of Behavior.  While there, he was a member of the Varsity Football team that won the 2002 Ivy League Championship.  He received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Following law school, Mr. Lamparello served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Roberto A. Rivera-Soto of the New Jersey Supreme Court for the 2009-2010 term.  He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Additionally, Mr. Lamparello is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and Hudson County Bar Association.  In his spare time, he volunteers as a mentor for the NJ LEEP Program and is an Alumni Class Representative for the Delbarton School.
