Riadh Quadir - Associate

RIADH QUADIR is an associate in the New York office, where he focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has worked on a wide range of matters, including those involving patent infringement, false patent marking, Lanham Act violations, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Courts—for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the District of Colorado—and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Quadir was a Summer Associate in its Newark office, and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Sumners, Jr., J.S.C. and Intern for the Honorable Donald S. Goldman, J.S.C. 

Mr. Quadir received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, where he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and President of the International Law Society. His published scholarship has been cited by academics and incorporated into a law school health policy class. Mr. Quadir also received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stony Brook University, after which he gained extensive experience in new media design and development working with companies in the software, banking, pharmaceutical, and media industries.
