RICHARD E. BRENNAN has over 40 years of experience in complex litigation matters involving, among other things, pharmaceutical litigation, mass torts, professional malpractice and commercial litigation. Mr. Brennan is a fellow and former New Jersey State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Mr. Brennan has been an adjunct professor of civil trial advocacy at Seton Hall Law School since 1992 and has been a frequent lecturer at NJ ICLE seminars. Mr. Brennan is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Brennan has been listed as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for 2011 and was also recognized in 2011 by Best Lawyers in America.
