ROBERT L. GHELLI received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University in 1995. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Ghelli is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board on Attorney Certification as a Certified Workers Compensation Law Attorney.

His practice areas currently include, ERISA, health insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance litigation. He represents life, health, workers’ compensation and disability insurers with respect to claims for benefits under individual and group policies of insurance and insurance fraud.
