ROBERT W. GIFFORD is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He graduated from Villanova University cum laude in 1991 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994, where he served on the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, in addition to the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Peter A. Ciolino, A.J.S.C., and later served as an Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal matters and tried numerous criminal cases to verdict.

Mr. Gifford has extensive experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, having also tried multiple civil matters to verdict, with a focus on automobile negligence and insurance defense, insurance fraud, premises and products liability, contract disputes, and the New Jersey Tort Claim Act. Mr. Gifford has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics to a four-year term on the District 2 Fee Arbitration Committee.
