SCOTT A. LEVIN is an experienced commercial litigation attorney.  Scott’s practice includes matters relating to surety and fidelity bonding, construction law, insurance defense, class actions, bankruptcy law, receivership, and other insolvency and creditors’ rights matters, subrogation, recovery/collections, landlord/tenant litigation, and hotel/hospitality operations.  In addition to Scott's trial and appellate work in both the state and federal courts, clients rely on Scott's proven ability to creatively negotiate, structure and effectuate settlements.

Scott is a Member of the Bar of the States of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of Texas, the District of Maryland, the District of Delaware, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit.

Scott volunteers as jazz coordinator for Lehigh Valley Community Public Radio (WDIY.ORG), and hosts All Star Jazz for WDIY on the third Wednesday of each month between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
