Shannon M. Engelman - Of Counsel

SHANNON M. ENGELMAN is a graduate of Vassar College, cum laude, and Rutgers University School of Law, where he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. While attending Rutgers University School of Law, he served as the Acquisitions/Serials Librarian for the Rutgers Law Library and authored a note entitled “Parties, Interests, and Alternatives: Dispute Resolution in the Realm of Tobacco Litigation.”

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Engelman served as Law Clerk to The Honorable David S. Baime, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In addition to general commercial litigation, he has extensive experience in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, environmental litigation, construction litigation, and defense litigation. Mr. Engelman earned a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management and has volunteered as a mediator at the Essex County Courthouse. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court.
