Stephanie Lopez - Associate

STEPHANIE LOPEZ is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation group.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2015.  Ms. Lopez graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Women & Gender Studies and a minor in Political Science in 2012.

During law school, Ms. Lopez served as an Associate Editor of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review and as a research assistant to Professor Douglas S. Eakeley, where her work helped launch the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance.   She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, Presiding Judge of the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lopez served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.  She also served as a pro bono attorney to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Lopez is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey; her admission is pending in the State of New York.  She is a member of the Bar Associations of the State of New Jersey and Bergen County, as well as a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.  Ms. Lopez is also involved with the Attorney Mentoring Program of NJLEEP.
