STEPHEN P. CHAWAGA practices in the area of commercial litigation. He focuses on breach of contract, insurance, employment, environmental and securities matters. Steve is a graduate of Yale University and Columbia University Law School. He has been with the firm since 1996.

Steve is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the following federal courts: Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

Steve is the author of articles published in the Tort & Insurance Law Journal, the Journal of Insurance Regulation and various Mealey's Publications. He has led seminars in insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.
