Stephen  M. Greenberg - Counsel

STEPHEN M. GREENBERG received his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College in 1965 and Juris Doctorate from George Washington University, National Law School, in 1968. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1968 and was Assistant United States Attorney and Executive Assistant to the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey until 1971.

Mr. Greenberg was Founder and Senior Partner of Stern & Greenberg, located in Roseland, New Jersey. Throughout his career Mr. Greenberg has received numerous honors and awards. He was the recipient of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Outstanding Professional Achievement Award, Herbert Lehman Leadership Award, and Yeshiva University’s Jewish Leadership Award.

Mr. Greenberg is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations, and the New Jersey Israel Commission. He is also a member of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Greenberg is the Chairman of the New Jersey Federal Judicial Selection Committee, and was Commissioner of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Greenberg was the Chairman and CEO of Net2Phone, a leader in Telecommunications, prior to becoming Counsel to the Firm.
